I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Aquacity Seasons. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic furnishings that suited my needs. The bathroom was decent and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the large spa, especially the indoor pool with the pool bar. Although some outdoor facilities were closed, the two outdoor mineral pools were still available for use. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the breakfast was much better than expected. I will recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and enjoyable spa facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the aquapark and wellness area. We were delighted to find that our room was away from the railway line, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel itself is situated in an industrial area, but don't let that deter you, as it offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great thermal pools and interesting layout!

I didn't like size of rooms as they were not maintained well. Also the maid doesn't make beds or do anything other than exchange towels and empty bin. Feel it wasn't value for money (160 per night)

External part of the Aquapark was partialy closed which was very dissapointing. I've choosen this hotel although it was very expensive because of the Aquapark and I've found out that I can not use many of the attractions. If I knew, I would not book it.

Truly amazing staff, great breakfast, spotless rooms. Elevator to the aqua park, easy access to wellness area. Big wellness spa with pools and saunas. Polite and helpful reception staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We loved the water park, spa, and playrooms for kids. The hotel rooms were clean and had ample storage. The staff, especially the head waiter at the restaurant, made our stay special. It was easy to get around this city with taxis readily available, and the location was perfect for exploring the Tatry mountains.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a place that had excellent food, both at the restaurant and at the pool bar. We particularly enjoyed the variety of regional dishes available. The location was also perfect, with everything we needed under one roof. The kids had a blast at the aquapark and the tobogans were a lot of fun.

We noticed that the floors around the food court area were quite slippery and caused a few accidents. we felt that some of the prices for meals and drinks were quite high, particularly in the pool bar.

I keep coming back for my city trips because they have it all: free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools. Staff even found my lost necklace once. No regrets - this place suits me perfectly!

We enjoyed the private pool and infrared saunas, as well as the bar near the pool. The individual beauty treatments were also reasonably priced and enjoyable. The hotel is well located with decent sized and clean rooms.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were just average. The noise levels were a bit excessive, particularly when trying to sleep.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase at The National Football Training Centre in Poprad. The facilities were top-notch and the staff was helpful. I had a great experience using the hotel's amenities during my stay.

The one thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and photocopying services.
